*Estimates assume all of a plan's credits go on conversations, at about 13 credits each: the average we measured for a conversation of 2–3 questions with our own website assistant in October 2026. An assistant connected to an online store or booking system looks up more information, so it can use more credits per conversation. Reading your website and syncing your store also use credits, and longer conversations use more, so your figure will vary.
